Highlands Ranch Reviews
"I have been there several times and I've yet to be disappointed. Last evening, we had their Veal Saltimbaca and their Bistro Tender. Both meals were more than superb , in addition to our Ahi tuna guacamole appetizer. For cocktails we had a mojito and a blackberry jalapeno margarita. Kudos to the bartender, they were great! For dessert we had a chocolate flourless souffle, with blackberries and strawberries. It was a taste delight. Our waiter was attentive, considerate and pleasant. His service was timely and personable making our visit very comfortable. Is it pricey? If you expect to pay Applebee's prices then go to Applebees. You get what you pay for."
"Great food, start to finish. Everything was fresh and delicious. I selected this restaurant for the patios mountain views. The street noise was disappointing but not unexpected. Good, quasi-upscale feel. We will definitely be back."
"The Mrs. and I went out for happy hour on Sat and give this place two enthusiastic thumbs up. I was immediately impressed by the contemporary decor, comparable to upscale downtown nightclubs. Service was fast and friendly. Drinks were strong and generously poured. We just had appies instead of entrees: the Sicilian flatbread pizza, mini carnitas tortillas were very good; stroganoff meatballs were fantastic. Sommelier was very knowledgeable and stood and talked with us at the bar for like an hour. Prices were very reasonable. Regulars were super friendly and kept us in stitches all night."
"This place is pretty neat. Beautiful, large patio with lots of tables and couches and a nice view of the mountains. Their happy hour specials are great - ordered a blue long island iced tea for $5 - very tasty and strong. I also ordered the pork tostadas which were awesome. If you're in the Highlands Ranch area or just down south, I would definitely recommend stopping in here."
"My wife and I have been there twice and just love Indulge. Love the design, love the food, and both time the servers were absolutely top notch. Especially our last trip - Charles, who was working the bar and taking care of our table, he was incredibly professional and great fun. Once our group was done with dinner, we went out to the patio and enjoyed dessert, cocktails and the sunset. It has quickly become one of our 'go to' faves here in the 'burbs."
"I've been waiting for Indulge to open since the sign first went up months ago! I did some Google sleuthing and found their website to further pique my interest. Wine, Tapas (small plates for those that don't speak foodie), and Dessert. My three loves! I signed up for their newsletter on the spot. Delinda, one of the owners, even wrote to me and we've exchanged emails regarding my excitement for the new concept and the shameless plugs for my band to play in her space. :)
I got notice of their opening, but the night I drove through the newly developed strip mall lot, there was no parking and the place was packed. I knew I could wait for a better night. Finally, the boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick peek before a dinner party we had to attend. The inside is Sa-wank-eee. That is to say, it's even better than just plain swanky. The darker colors and wood tones are offset by the wall of wine enclosed in glass and the artistic paintings on the ceiling. I especially loved the "chandelier" over the hostess station. Stars for atmosphere and decor!
We sat at the bar since we were just there for a brief intro. I had to scope out the menu and I can't wait to go back and order one of everything on there! The chef has a history with beef so I was happy to see some new cuts featured. We settled on Vouvray for me (yum!) and a nice Pinot Noir for him. We also got the daily cheese plate. The cheese/food pairings had been thought out and it was apparent that it wasn't just haphazardly put on the plate. It even came with a chocolate/hazelnut disk, which actually looked like hand cut salami. Nice play on presentation! The servers were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I would have no fear of leaving my wine selection completely up to them to pair with my food. They also have a great selection of drinks--I hypothesize that you can tell a lot about a place by it's drink creations.
Keep this in mind, it's small plates--so don't come here expecting gigantic plates, heaping with piles of food. Not gonna find it. This is a place to come and enjoy your surroundings, enjoy the company you're with and enjoy the delicate tastes and beautiful presentation of the well-thought-out food.
I'll be back many times! It helps that I can walk there--yeah for cool stuff happening in Highlands Ranch!"
"Great atmosphere and one of the best places in Golden. The Napa Valley burger made with Kobe Beef is fantastic. Great selection of wine and the bar manager was extremely knowledgeable in selecting the best wine for our tastes and meal."
"Super yummy and way cute! My mom and I decided that a mother daughter HH was much needed, so we stopped by Indulge. Everything we had was SO good!
My mom had a glass of Zinfandel while I opted for the Riesling. Both were perfect and exactly what we wanted.
We decided to get a variety of apps so that we could really get a feel for Indulge. We ordered the stroganoff meatball, the ahi tuna guacamole, the mussels, and the chorizo with peppers and onions. They were all amazing! My favorite was the ahi guac. It came with crispy wontons instead of tortilla chips which I thought was really creative and delicious.By checking in on Yelp, we were able to get a complimentary creme brulee. Our waiter brought individual cups. One was grand marnier and the other vanilla. I had sweet dreams about the vanilla that night. This place is a total winner!"
"Amazing service, excellent food and wine at good prices."
"I've been here three times in the past year. Each time, I've had a great experience. The food is delicious (I've had the happy hour menu, the regular menu, and the dessert menu) and the wine choices are just as great.
The service has also been great every time. I sat at the bar the last time around. The bartender was also very attentive even though it was very busy.
The ambience is also wonderful. A great place for a date night."
"Great experience at Indulge. Ordered a bottle of wine and the waitress was very knowledgeable and assisted us in selecting a really nice bottle. And we ordered the free dessert that was offered for checking in on Yelp. And it was fabulous also.
Great atmosphere and highly recommend."
